Our honey is bottled by the month and each month is completely different.
May - light in color and taste, deliciously filled with notes of early spring flowers
June - deep botanical notes, not as sweet as the other honeys
July - Minty and floral from the catmint that the bees love!
August - the most "traditional" tasting honey, from goldenrod and asters.
September - Autumn joy, purple loosestrife, and goldenrod, give this honey a late season, richness
Five month flight - one 8 oz bottle for each month - for those who can't pick their favorite or just want all of the honey
